Free periodicals like X-press and LA Weekly are great for making stupid, nonsensical posters in massive quantities. The paste saturates the posters well and results in a very nice stick.

BONUS BONUS BONUS: If you make them using publications such as X-press and/or the back pages of LA Weekly, you can do the world a favor and put those pages to much better use. I'm sure the paper itself is much happier with an inane picture of Stalin adorning it than "1-800 DIAL A WHORE" printed.

These posters may be "stupid, nonsensical posters" yet in their stupidness and nonsensicalness they mean something to me.
